Numbers are an intrinsical part of our lives. In the basic world we use numbers for identification of ourselves and things, and we cannot seem to live without referring to or using them in our daily lives. Numbers are the root to all things we humans create. More importantly, numbers are the foundation to our understanding of the cosmos, which undoubtedly are used by whatever source you believe in to create the universe we live in.

In general a numerology reading is a metaphysical (non-physical) understanding how numbers may affect us and our daily lives. Numerology is not a science, and by-in-large, is not supported by the scientific community. The exception may be a scientist in the quantum physics arena.

Over the last few decades, many of the quantum physic scientist are starting to understand how the non-physical (metaphysical) world affects the physical world, especially the human being. Even more interesting is how the human mind can effect the physical and non-physical world.

Numerology is similar to astrology in that it explains the influence of selected celestial bodies, but by using numbers instead of names for specific celestial bodies, one through nine, and sometimes 11 and 22. In a nut shell, numerology uses the basic laws of mathematics to explain the celestial metaphysical influences in relations to the physical existence of humankind.

Abracadabra, Chaldean, Kabbalah, New Kabbalah, and Pythagorean are considered the basic types of numerology reading in many circles. However, there are the finer spiritual modifications and/or cultural influences, that are listed above, that you might what to consider. The Pythagorean system is a popular and largely used type of numerology reading because it's easier to learn and use.

Numerology reading, like an astrology reading, will give you your signature, like an imprint or fingerprints, a numerology reading gives you the information about yourself and your potential destiny. You are a unique individual, one of a kind, yet part of a large family, living on this small sphere in space floating around in this cosmos, without beginning or end. Know yourself and live within your imprint, is the key to happiness.

Numerology readings and astrology readings are similar, they both can come in a computer generated or a numerologist personal reading, the reading is the best, however, the computer generated report written by a numerologist is less expensive and usually a fairly good report.

The type of numerology readings, are similar to astrology. In other words, you can get a life path (natal type) reading, compatibility, forecast, and many other type readings.

Numerology is easier to learn and do it yourself with a good numerology book, than astrology. Buying a numerology computer program, is another option for DIY numerology. Again, I recommend using the Pythagorean numerology method.

Numerology, like astrology, is an amazing ancient study of human beings, their psychology and potential destiny.
